Dr. Goranov received his undergraduate degree at the University of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where he graduated with Summa Cum Laude. He recieved his doctoral degree at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, graduating with Cum Laude.
Dr. Goranov has extensive experience with implant and cosmetic dentistry. He is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, and Florida Dental Association. Dr. Goranov has attended post doctoral educational programs at Sclar Center, Pikos Implant Institute, Dawson Academy, and several others.

Dr. Goranov’s office is equipped with the latest fully-digital imaging and record management technology. The onsite cone-beam CT scanner allows for the most precise implant planning and treatment, as well as digitally assisted implant placement. This provides for minimally invasive treatment, reducing discomfort and complications.
