Dr. Goranov received his undergraduate degree at the University of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where he graduated with Summa Cum Laude. He recieved his doctoral degree at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, graduating with Cum Laude.
Dr. Goranov has extensive experience with implant and cosmetic dentistry. He is an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, and Florida Dental Association. Dr. Goranov has attended post doctoral educational programs at Sclar Center, Pikos Implant Institute, Dawson Academy, and several others. He has 17 years experience placing and restoring dental implants with over 9000 placed implants.

The onsite 3D cone-beam CT scanner allows for the most precise implant planning and treatment, as well as digitally assisted implant placement. This provides for minimally invasive treatment, reducing discomfort and complications.
Most dental impressions are taken with a Digital 3D intraoral scanner. This ensures the best possible accuracy and patient comfort.
