Working together, we can create a plan that is designed to create a healthy, functional smile that benefits both your oral and overall health while also giving you a beautiful smile.

Full Mouth Restoration Process

To discuss creating a full mouth restoration treatment plan, the first step is scheduling a consultation. During your appointment, Dr. Nikola Goranov will review your concerns, and then examine the area. We may decide to take a closer look with digital x-rays, 3D digital scans, and a comprehensive review of your medical information. We may also request to take photographs or impressions. During your consultation, Dr. Nikola Goranov will examine the following closely:
•  Teeth: What is the state of your teeth? Are some missing or impacted? Do your teeth require restorations including dental crowns, bridges, veneers or dentures, or do you require replacement restorations? Finally, how are your teeth positioned? Are they affecting your bite or causing tension on the jaw joint?
•  Gum Tissue: Our gum tissue is important, it provides the support our teeth need to stay firmly in place. Patients who have experienced chronic periodontitis, or gum disease, can have damaged or even missing gum tissue. Gum tissue regeneration can be a necessary procedure to rebuild and revitalize the area.
•  Bone: Our jawbone plays a vital role in supporting our teeth and providing the structure to our face. Decreased bone levels can mean insufficient bone mass to hold our teeth, or support dental implants. We may need to rebuild and strengthen your bone before treatment can be completed through a bone graft procedure.
•  Jaw Joint: A condition known as temporomandibular joint disorder, or more simply TMJ disorder, is a condition when the jaw joint is out of alignment. This can be due to a bad bite, trauma to the jaw, or changes to the jaw. We may need to help the joint’s alignment to reset the positioning and improve its function.
